Proof I Practice What I Preach
This isn’t theory. This is what I actually do—and what you can do too.
My eBay store is my real classroom. Every listing you see there was photographed on my phone, researched with free AI tools, and written with AI help. Every item was sourced for free or almost nothing.
I’m not teaching you stuff I read in a book. I’m teaching you exactly what I do every single day to make real money from things other people throw away.
This page connects everything—proof that the system works, links to see it in action, and the lessons that teach you how to do it yourself.
My Store IS the Classroom
420+ active listings. Every single one found for free or dirt cheap. Browse around and see what’s possible when you learn to see things differently.
You’ll find vintage truck parts, collectible toys, designer clothes, and some stuff that’ll make you say “people buy THAT?!” Yes. Yes they do.
The Free Tools Behind Every Listing
My Phone (That’s It)
Every single photo in my store was taken with my smartphone. No fancy camera. No lighting kit. No studio. Just natural light and the phone in my pocket.
Learn my photo tricks →Google Lens
This free app identifies almost anything. Point your phone at an item, and it tells you what it is in seconds. It’s how I research everything I find.
Learn to use Google Lens →AI Assistants
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude—all free. They write my titles, descriptions, and help me research pricing. What used to take 30 minutes now takes 2.
Learn my AI prompts →Connections
My “junk guy” at the dump. Friends cleaning out their garages. Family downsizing. Storage unit managers. These relationships are worth more than any paid tool.
Learn to build connections →The “Trash” That Made $900+
Proof: Inventory Is Everywhere
I was paid to clean out a storage locker. The man told me it was “all trash” but I could keep whatever I wanted as long as it was clean and he could get his deposit back—he didn’t care. Here are photos of the FREE things I got out of that locker. Some have sold, some I’ve given away, but there was little to no trash in there. He just didn’t know how to see things differently!
The $5 Jacket Worth $500+
Proof: You Have to See Things Differently
Found this coat at the Habitat Store for just $5. Most people walked right past it. But I’ve trained my eye to spot quality—and I use AI to research everything before I buy. Turns out it’s a very rare Polo Ralph Lauren motorcycle jacket. I’ve only found 2 others like it online. One sold for over $500. Mine is listed right now for $425! Go check it out in my store!
Let’s Get One Thing Straight
You’re not going to find what I found.
Nobody is going to stumble onto the same storage locker I did. Nobody’s going to find that exact Ralph Lauren jacket at their local Habitat store. Hell, I’M never going to find those things again.
And that’s not the point.
The point is learning to see things differently. To walk into a thrift store, a yard sale, or past a “free” pile on the side of the road and spot the opportunity everyone else is walking past.
That’s what I teach here. I’ll show you how to use free AI tools to research what you find. How to make connections with people who will call YOU when they’re cleaning out a storage unit. How to train your eye to see dollar signs where other people see trash.
Your opportunities are out there. They just don’t look like mine—and that’s exactly how it should be.

Real Feedback from Real Buyers
It’s one thing to find cool stuff. It’s another thing to actually SELL it and keep customers happy. Here’s my real eBay feedback—including the one negative review I’ve received, because I’m not hiding anything.
Here’s what happened with that negative feedback:
This negative feedback was left about a brand new in the box projector bulb I sold. It was new so I obviously had no idea it would explode. The buyer never reached out to me about the bulb exploding, if they had I would have refunded them at least some if not all of their money. The feedback was not about me as it should be, but not everyone understands eBay and feedback and that is ok. *I can say that now but when I got this negative feedback it felt like the end of the world, I freaked out but there was nothing I could do except move on.
“You should teach a masterclass in shipping fragile items!”
This feedback is literally the reason this website exists. It got me thinking: Why not teach what I know?
